Try the duck confit tamale!! It's different, but GOOD, especially with the mole!!
The vegetarian tamales are great. Be warned: stay away from the other tamales, as the corn masa is prepared with lard! If you don't eat swine, you'll thank me every-time.

Salsas Vallarta has really fresh salsas and hummus available. The Jalapeño Salsa - Hot is my favorite! Also, there's lots of great places to sample different cheeses.
Fish tacos here are the best and so healthy. Grilled tilapia with poco de gallo and cilantro.
