NOIR: メニューは「江戸前天丼」(950円税込)のみ。穴子1匹、海老2尾、半熟玉子、帆立のかき揚げ、海苔、獅子唐が入っています。穴子や海老がダメな方は、それをキスに変更できます。「味噌椀」(120円)も美味。最近はフードコートにも出店してますが、本店が一番安く、職人さんの腕前をカウンター席から見ることができます。箸休めとなる「がりごぼう」は、本店にしかありません。黒豆のお茶もいただけます。

Ryo: 雨の日の11:20頃に到着したんですがほぼ満員でした。注文したのは天丼。海老、キス、穴子、野菜と入っていてとても美味しかったです。

おーらい: 天ぷらが真っ黒になる丼つゆが中山の個性。甘さも抑えてありサッパリと飽きさせない、香ばしさと言うか焦げの苦味と言うかとても個性的な丼つゆと天ぷらの風味が調和した印象深い味です。ただ美味い天丼はそこらにありますが、ここでしか食えない中山の"黒"天丼。オモシロイ！

Masumi Satoh: 黒天丼食べました。タレは甘めで香ばしかったです。座席は、四人用の座敷が二つと、カウンターが８席ほど。座敷は相席になります。11時の時点で10人ほど並んでいたので一巡目に確実に座るのであれば開店前に並ぶことをお勧めします。
