The best unagi ever! Travelled to Asakusa to find this restaurant. Didn't disappoint. Went in the afternoon when it wasn't crowded.

I didn't love the raw tuna. But I LOVED the unagi (eel) Ohitsuzen. I had never had Ohitsuzen so the server helped show me how to do it. Fun experience, excellent unagi.

Highly recommend the kurikara (grilled stick unagi)! The mushrooms skewers are just okay. The unagi don is pretty nice too. They don't have English menu but the staffs understand English. Cash only.

Amazing Unagi dishes! They also have Western seating available (though in a different building). The Unagi dishes are delicious, I'd recommend the unagi liver skewers as they're very unique.

What an amazing place! Very friendly service and the tastiest unagi.
Unlike other places, they don't steam cook the eel so it is much more crispy despite soft inside. Once you love it, you can't go other eel places any longer.

Unagi don is top notch, sashimi is adequately fresh enough to melt in your mouth, and the side-dishes are just wonderful. Grilled chicken is a must try.
