Bread, popcorn, chips and crackers are very unhealthy for ducks and their ducklings. Instead, feed them halved grapes, rice, salad leaves, bird seed or vegetable trimmings :)
The zoo nearby can't be beat. But don't chase the geese. They're kind of evil.

Sit at the bar for the happy hour and bat menu. Happy hour is a great time to visit. The calamari is fantastic, as is the burger. I will be back.

Pastrami on Marble Rye. FANTASTIC. Minus the Thousand Island and colslaw. Add some mustard, olives, and pepperancini's. Mmmmm.

One of the few places in the world to get Komucha on tap! Nice bakery w/ vegan & gluten-free treats. Menu changes frequently with seasons. Sourced locally from Avalon Gardens and other local growers.
The Hummus platter was delicious. I was there with a large group and everyone else's food looked and smelled so good. I look forward to returning. Sat on the rooftop patio and it was lovely.

If your looking for a little live jazz and a decent wine menu you have to check out Cushing Street.They have a three piece assemble that play together really well. Enjoyable sounds and appetizers.
