I had the enchilada combo. It was great. This is a quiet, hidden gem with great service and food.

Great for New Mexico style breakfast. If you get anything w/ green chili style, get it bandera to try all three sauces. The green chili cream sauce is my favorite.

One of my favorite Mexican food restaurants. There chimichanga's are the best. If you enjoy a good Margarita then this is the place to have one or more!

Really wanted to totally slam this joint, given the horrible service, and wait staff that have the appearance of being a step away from a meth addiction program. What saves it is OK food.
Upscale Mexican food at a really decent price (note: not cheap, but affordable). Half off wine bottles on Wednesday!

There are many Mexican restaurants in Tucson but I always come back to El Sur for lunch. You cannot beat the service, great tasting food, portion size and of course the price. Excellent "dive!"

What's good about Omar's is the options. Hot and cold sandwiches, burgers, fish, salads and soups, classics home style items and even a lil Mexican tastes as well. Oh and the deserts too!! Stop in.
Chorizo is good, with just the right amount of spice. Try it in an omlette with green chilis
Stop here to eat, this was my Great Uncle Cliff and my Great Aunt Marian's favorite place to go Sun and Wednesnites after church for deep dish cherry cobbler and vanilla ice cream.
Lots of delicious options in a cool historical setting. Lots of veggie options and the patio is dog friendly!
Outside patio is nice even in cooler weather - they have portable heaters.

Customer service is always great. I always get the #7, Cheese Enchilada and Shredded Beef Taco with extra beans and no rice. And then wash it down with an ice cold Bud Light. :-) Service is quick.
Enchiladas are the best with a side of rice. Other favorite, quesadillas!

Mavericks is a far drive from Oro Valley but we ubered and it was totally worth it! I wanted to go to an authentic cowboy line dancing bar with a live band and that’s exactly what Mavericks is.
Had the lunch special today, curry chickpea pita, broccoli salad and choice of tea or lemonaid (I mixed the two) for $5.95! So flavorful! Cannot be beat!
Don't let the vegetarian menu scare you—it's great even if you're more omnivorous.

The French toast sandwich is amazing for breakfast. Dinner/lunch depends on my mood for, but you can't go wrong with sweet potato fries. I usually get the chicken quesadilla or club sandwich.
They play the music too loud, it's hard to have a conversation, but other than that it's not too bad.
Get the pastrami.....its the best in town.
