Sabrina Savioli: The best Thai food of NYC! Ask for the Shrimp Pineapple Curry or the Duck Chu-chee. Amazing spice mango margarita.
Chris Myers: Curry puffs vs harvest curry puffs... It's a no lose situation.
Shardul Thakur: Possibly one of the best Thai food places around. Literally hole-in-the-wall but their food is unbeatable. Ask them to make any of their curries spicy ( its not really that spicy), you wont regret it.

New York Habitat: Not quite a dive bar but certainly not an upscale joint, just a good local spot. They've got pool, darts, and even a basketball game to pass the time. Plus who can argue with free potato chips?

Rachel Reed: Great addition to the neighborhood. Delicious bento box with unique sides. Can't go wrong with the chicken teriyaki or the shrimp tempora. And definitely try the salad dressing-- incredible!
Serious Eats: Go go go. You will not find a a better sushi experience than at this 10-seat, omakase-only hole in the wall in New York.
Brendan Clancy: Chef Toshio uses red vinegar to season the sushi rice, this lets him use much less sugar and makes the sushi that much more refreshing.

L. S.: Trendy coffee shop in the side chapel of a church. Solid espresso with a cute background in which to enjoy. What's not to love about that. Definitely worth a pit stop of one is in the area.

Eshrefe Shehu: This cafe is a very nice spot to visit in every season. Love that it's located in the annex of the church facing Central Park and near to the Guggenheim Museum. Avocado toast and coffee is delicious.
ZenFoodster: Pricier & only ok but there are UberEats / Delivery.com lunch deals that may make it worth it. Best so far are Black Pepper Seitan, Eggplant String Beans in Basil garlic sauce, Pumpkin soup.
Lee Hecht: Incredible and consistently great vegan food- get their Seitan dishes, or their General Tsao Tofu, or their Bibimbap. Quick delivery.
Rema Rao: One of the best vegan places on the UES!! Check it out!

Brew York: The Pony heads east! $5 beers, 20 rotating craft brews on tap, 2 casks, and great food... everything you came to expect at their Hell's Kitchen location. When they ring the bell, yell "NEW BEER!"

Nikki 🌺: Fresh creative rolls! Try the spicy snow white roll! Its asparagus, spicy tuna and avocado wrapped in white seaweed
Cherry Chen: Make sure to ask Chef Jack for his special creative rolls/sushi! It's always different and surprisingly delicious!
Lorrie Klossner: The sushi bar across the street. I love the random platters, because the chef usually tosses in something unpredictable and special.
David D: Best slice on the UES. Highly underrated chicken roll, too. Open late for a bite on your way home from downtown!
