The rotisserie chicken goes fast. I had the goat, avocado salad with rice and peas and of course, sweet plantains. Very authentic Dominican food! Yummy!

Very good Northern Indian cuisine in a neighborhood you wouldn't expect. If you're into goat, you have to do the goat curry. loved the Indus Valley dal as well
There's lots of vegetarian options on the wkd lunch buffets. It's always delicious. I've now also enjoyed dinner off the menu. Vegetarian jalfreezi was excellent! It's mild though, so add some heat.
try the chicken tikka and Nan.
I'm not sure how to feel about them yet. The food wasn't great. I had the curry goat and it was a bit dry. Their Mac&Cheese was delicious though.They were out of oxtail. 😒. Will be back to try more.
Jerk salmon = succulent! They prepare their collard greens without meat and it's wonderful. Take trip uptown for this gem.
the food is excellent but the eat in service is horrendous, but not unbearable if you have time. THE FOOD IS WORTH IT!

Great service, James was the man. Really well executed and creative fish dishes. A bit pricey but could be worse. Barramundi was excellent.
Happy Hour 4-6pm. $1 east or west coast oysters. They also have some interesting cocktails.

A grand, elegant and mature way to enjoy a meal before a night at the opera. Enjoy their seasonal pre-curtain prix-fixe menu – the mushroom bisque and the crab cakes were divine.
Don't do a full meal for intermission. Not enough time to chat and eat. Do a drink and dessert. Second intermission is more intimate.

Sit at the lounge seats, order the Nihari, shrimp curry, Awadh murgh tikka & garlic naan. Have the bartender make you a cocktail. Have a lovely evening!

Nice place in Upper West side. Lovely view from the restaurant. Tasty food, but a bit cold inside. And waitress had some problems with recognizing english, what was a surprise for me.
La Boite en Bois offers some delicious bites of Escargots Guillottine followed by the rich flavors of their Bastille Boeuf Bourguignon or a Coq au Vin Les Jacobins.
