Hidden gem on Upper West Side with American/Mediterranean cuisine. Chicken, risotto, and codfish all delicious. Beautiful high ceilings and old fashioned decor.
The special cocktail of the day had a huge jalapeno flavored ice cube in it, try it! Tasty octopus, salads and pasta in a relaxed atmosphere
Great addition to UWS. Calamari is a great starter, hake is a solid entree.
Happy Hour 4-6pm. $1 east or west coast oysters. They also have some interesting cocktails.

Worth trying at this posh but low-key place: the two-course prix-fixe lunch ($8) with vegetable dumplings stuffed with shiitake mushroom, sweet corn and peanut, plus steaming pad see ew with beef. Read more.
Good prices with unique and tasty options. Start with the vegetable dumplings and then move on to the drunken noodle. Get it extra spicy!

You can't go wrong with the fluffy French toast OR the lemon ricotta pancakes. Both are great dishes! Eggs Benny was good but ham could have seasoned more. Bon a petit!

The newest of the 3 Smith restaurants, this one is a welcome addition to the area. We love to start with the potato chips and blue cheese fondue, followed by the lobster roll or roasted chicken salad.
ok the fucking mac and cheese here is actually the most ridiculous taste I can't even try to describe it, go here if you ever have the pleasure of being in the vicinity
