I really liked the Whistler Grapefruit Ale. Paired well with the Pesto Chicken Quesadilla, in which there are cranberries. Made for a summery theme.
They started making their beef dip with in-house-braised organic beef, and homemade stock in the au jus. The quality is so good. Best beef dip in town.
