Sushi blows cow nutt sack, but the Boulder Veggie Bowl with peanut sauce is a tasty and healthy little treasure in the disarray of poorly inauthentic Japanese cuisine.
Yellow split pea soup is great - vegan and GF. They have GF flatbread but you can't do 1/2 sandwiches on it. Skip the sweet potato mash it is bland.
Try the bread. I hear good things about the bread.
