I had the Ruben sandwich and my wife and sister both had the salad bar. We each enjoyed our selection. My sandwich was a 1/2 pound of corn beef heaven which I was able to finish a half, you try it.

The soups are tasty the salad bar has nice healthy choices and I love their pizza bar.
Smallish WF with a limited produce area. Don’t expect to find a wide range of vegetables, let alone anything even remotely “exotic”... this is still Kansas.

Lunch was excellent. I had the Smoked Turkey BLT along with the tomato basil soup. Fresh and tasty from farm to the table. Dessert, the sweet potato pie. I wish I could make a crust like that.
Cheesecake strawberry ice cream is amazing! I loved the Mooofaletta! A little taste of NOLA here in the ICT!
The guy asked behind counter about gluten free stuff was vague rushed. Salad bar messy big contamination risk. Will not be going back.
A build-your-own salad with salmon always rox my world. Make sure to to ask for some dill aioli for your salmon!

All the food is excellent and made fresh. They serve unique sauces with your order. Staff is friendly. Drinks are cheap. You have to try the Pizza Taco at least once!

New menu! Mac n cheese is the best around! Lavash any way you want it. Steaks are great and the fried chicken buffet on Monday nights is amazing.
