I had the Ruben sandwich and my wife and sister both had the salad bar. We each enjoyed our selection. My sandwich was a 1/2 pound of corn beef heaven which I was able to finish a half, you try it.
Load up at the salad bar and get a cup of soup (tomato basil or seafood gumbo <172 cals) and you won't feel guilty about the tiny, free ice cream for dessert!
Veggie med and tomato soup are super delicious for vegetarians. Yummmm

The staff here is beyond phenomenal. Went there and ate with my friend and his grandma. She spent a pretty good amount of money so the Manager let us each pick a bakery item for free.

The Bison burger is an ICT "must try." I wish this place had more TVs and a better beer selection, but overall it's a good place for families and dates. Very "safe."

Any vegetarian dish can be made vegan. Ask for coconut milk and no butter. Also, get roti instead of naan...can be garlic or peshweri, too.
The silverware is from Air India. Lol.
Of course the food isn't as spicy as someone from India would prefer, because we're in Kansas, not India. The food is still tasty, the service is consistently good and it's a good value for the price.
