Alessandra: Salmon ramen is amazing! The filet is slightly rare in the middle, making it perfect.
Peter Wu: My new favorite ramen joint! Both the YaoYao and the Roasted Salmon ramen are out-of-this-world good. P.S. The tacos are made of wonton shells!
Chris Raghoobar: The YaoYao ramen w/ poached egg is one of the best bowls of ramen I've ever had. First timers should definitely go for it.

Earn Nicha: The best ramen in NY. I've tried Zundo-ya and Ippudo before.
Tom: Inconvenient to get to, a little pricier than the comp (especially w/ toppings), but it's simply the best bowl of ramen outside of Japan. Hype seems to have dyed down, no wait for lunch on a weekend

Mara Lecocq: Really great quaint place that serves Japanese breakfast around lunch and ramen in the evening. Seats 12. The wait is unreal but it's worth it. Go there at 10 am or after 10 pm to avoid a 2-hr wait.
Johanna: If they're on the menu: the oyster chowder and surf & turf ramen are delicious.
Danny Nathan: Traditional Japanese bento meals. Awesome ramen. The menu/name changes based on time/day (bentos at lunch, ramen in evenings, tasting menu only weekends).

Omer Zach: Definitely get the matzo ball ramen and the shana tova duck. And the desserts. And a hitachino (on draft)! And everything else.
Jason Schaffer: One of the coolest restaurants in Williamsburg! The matzohball ramen soup is the perfect blend of Jewish/Japenese cuisines. Everything on the menu is delicious. Omakase menu is $65!
Jesse Lane: Matzoh ball ramen and wagyu beef tartar were excellent, but the real winner was the challah chocolate banana bread pudding. I would have taken a picture, but I ate it too quickly.

Ben K.: The St. Marks ramen shop has made its way across the river on the L train. Get the gyoza, pork buns, and spicy tonkotsu ramen with an egg.
Gabriel Hayes: Very good Ramen place in Williamsburg. I had the Chashu with egg and really enjoyed it.
Lizzie Forman: They have a great lunch special with a mini salad, ramen and a choice of curry rice or gyoza. I opted for curry rice and paid $1 extra for spicy ramen. All of it was delicious and the server lovely.

vivan thi tang: roast pork hand pulled noodle soup extra spicy with extra greens!

Pelin S: Really bad dumplings! Get sesame pancakes, wonton soup and edamame, enjoy!

Joseph L: Definitely the best Chinese in the area.Specials were amazing, dry fry was legit and classics like Mapo tofu and hot and sour soup were spot on. Everything was seriously delicious.
Zack Kantor: soup dumps + cold peanut noodles are amazing but everything is really
