Clean rooms, reasonable pricing for a downtown hotel. Service is at its lowest though. Not bad, just not sheraton quality. Servers at the breakfast, smiling always. The bar gets busy early evening.

Make sure that you get a room on the side AWAY from the train tracks. Sunday and weds nights there are very very loud freight trains on the hour.

Good location, but nickel and dime you for everything. Parking is $16/day and valet is mandatory. Internet is $10/day.

Perfectly located near most of the gay bars in Orlando. No more than a 10 cab ride so you don't have to drink and drive.

Parking lot is for valet only - $16; but you can park on the side street for free. Housekeeping is loud in the morning.

Wonderful service from the team at the Livingston cafe for breakfast. Wow. Sheraton is getting it right.

Definitely wasn't built to be a Sheraton. Looks like it used to be a Radisson or something with ugly green carpet even on the SPG "preferred" level. Very dated and shouldn't be considered category 3

Valet doesn't include taxes. Yuck. Nice hotel tho. You can tell they still need to work on renovations. No heavy curtains over windows.

They are renovating the hotel floor by floor. Floors 3 and 4 should be done soon.
