The hospital has a very clean friendly environment but they should improve the parking space. Its too pack and inconvenient for patience or emergencies.

Always come early if you want to avoid long queue, especially @ the Lab and the doc as well. Indeed, we are earlier than the doc right now

Emergency ward doctor is very unprofessional can simply scold patient and patient's family then charge you high consultation fees by saying "oh, we don't have doctor, please go to other hospital"

The toilet is small, dirty & stinky. The management should routinely check the toilet due to a lot guest at groundfloor.
