Lovely hotel. Staff is wonderful, friendly and made a short business trip very pleasant. The restaurant food is great and the homemade warm cookies in the lobby in the afternoon are a nice touch.
Great place to stay. It's very charming in a stunning vintage way. The staff are amazing and super accommodating. The Library was an awesome spot to hole up and work remotely. Overall - love!
Free coffee, lattes, cookies, ice water. Wifi is free but is so slow that there's no point. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Aveda bathroom products!!! Overall, very pleased.
Free wifi only in lobby! $14.95 per day in the rooms. Beware: no cell phone service in rooms or in hotel. Very difficult to do business here or coordinate with friends.
Use the marvelous Telephone Room off the lobby's library area to make a call with your mobile phone (there is no payphone here); it's a bit of privacy and quiet in midtown.
Just say no to room 910. The bathroom sink is in the bedroom and toilet is so close to the bathroom door that if you sit on it or stand in front of it you can't close the door. Other rooms r better
