Anna T.May 15, 2014Beds are super comfortable! Nice thread count sheets and duvet cover. Upscale lobby art deco. Staff very pleasant. I liked the "watermelon cilantro" water in the front desk at checkin. Love it here.Upvoted 2 weeks ago

Chris PolloneMarch 14, 2015Funky, comfortable lobby and bar area. Rooms adequate & fairly modern. Bed very very comfortable. Good shower pressure. Lack of HD channels in room. Limited parking.
It's fine enough place and close to the airport (which is a long way from town). Nice views of the porno shop as well

One of the best things any hotel should offer is sleep comfort. The bed and pillows get 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!- So so service although Kevin was awesome helping me with my car and luggage. Lobby renovation is very nice. No Bravo tv. :(

Jeff HendersonOctober 2, 2011Pro: close to airport and car rental. Cons: Not at all the nicest Renaissance I've stayed in.. Rude staff.. And parking is a pain in the but. I suggest staying in Union Station instead.
The remodeled lobby, bar, and restaurant look great. I think they stole the chairs inside the front door from the set of Men in Black.
Scott ChapmanJuly 16, 2016We booked 5 rooms for 18 people in June. Upon arrival they said they gave our double queen rooms away. When we asked for more rooms that said they can't give rooms away. We put 18 kids in 5 beds.
Norah's Crafted Food & Spirits is awesome. Best hotel bar!
Great place to stay but the bell boys pounce on you when you pull around the curb!!

Lobby re-do is nice, but the service at this hotel is just atrocious. Hampton Inn is a better option.
HasanMay 21, 2010The side doors close early at night. You have to walk around to the front entrance to enter the hotel.
Under construction but the rate is really cheap right now.
The Executive Suites are great for business meetings - 2 chairs and windows overlooking Lambert Airport
