Crazy line and long wait for just returning their equipment. Plan on spending at least half a hour here at least.

They need an "equipment return only" line. Why do you make ME wait, to return YOUR equipment? It's as simple as handing it over and removing it from the system w a barcode. Not worth my 25 minutes.

The networks are demanding way to much for their channels. Terrible customer service & really high phone service sucks!
