Defintely pick up a roasted chicken. Super delicious and affordable. Also not to be missed are the sandwiches, the bread is out of this world, and what goes on it is even better!- Everything is tasty and worth it. This place says Brooklyn through and through

Joe Brancaccio is a character and his shop is essential to the neighborhood. Get a chicken or a BLT!- massive garlic flank steak is my secret meat fantasy come true
- pesto scrambled eggs and prosciutto cotto ("green eggs & ham")
- steak and egg sandwich with homemade ketchup on baguette
- The chicken salad sandwhich cannot be missed!!!! You have to try it!
- sandwiches are only available until 4pm, but you can still get take out prepared dishes until closing
The meatball sandwich is fantastic, and we always stop in to pick up a pound of Brooklyn's own D'Amico's coffee.
Say yes to every sandwich here and definitely try the pistachio pesto chicken. YUM
