Try the braised lamb shank. It's richly flavored and textured and topped with mint, a red-wine reduction, lamb jus and garlic sauce. (Joe Bonwich)

The fresh fish, usuAlly grouper or walleye, with preserved lemon sauce is a holdout from old menu. Ask for it-- they'll always make it for you.
