    The most tender beef I've had at a Chinese restaurant since the nearby Chinese Inn closed. Great flavor and great prices. Not the greatest ambience, atmosphere, or decor.

    solid / inexpensive chinese food in the Jefferson Park neighborhood. $5.95 Lunch / $6.95 Dinner Buffet. Must try the Mongolian Chicken, the Pepper Beef, and Spare Ribs.
