Much cheaper compared to other buses. I wish they had a direct service to Blacksburg and a little more leg space. I am only 5'6" and it is uncomfortable for me.

1.5h still waiting for the bus. They sell different tickets to chineses and others. Red for chineses and green for others.

they put Asians in the front and non Asians (black people) in the back by the bathroom. i thought Rosa parks put an end this 60 years ago. racism is still alive and blatantly obvious.

They are always available through phone but if you are looking for customer service you will be disappointed. They provide all the necessary info but won't provide directions.
