Been here 100+ times
blasting god-awful music, hogging the bbq & pool area for their parties, staying in the jacuzzi past 11PM & hearing their idiotic convos about their life from my apartment is ANNOYING.

The residents are allowed to do what they want by the pool and bbq. What makes them so annoying? The fact that they like being outside and using the amenities of the complex? I would say to join them.

Thank god valencia left she was a nice lady but nothing got done I've lived here a month my washer/dryer doesn't work my floors had to be replaced I had no smoke detectors upon move I still can't buzz

People in using the keypad outside can't get anyone to call me back and the list goes on for two more pages! The view is gorgeous but management sucks
