Come around 7:45am and wait outside until they open at 8. Usually, there are other people waiting there too so stand by the gates so when they open you can check in first and be in and out.

Bring some lemon juice with you. You can probably heal yourself with the Vitamin C by the time you actually get called in.

Ask them the estimated wait time and then go grab breakfast and come back!
