Having had many different pho and a vietnamese girlfriend... Can say this is pretty good for a chain.. We get to go, and really like it! Simple pho tai..good stuff!

Try wiping down the walls. It's pretty sick when I'm eating and look up to see what is probably a combination of pho, cum and hot sauce.

Under new mgmt apparently. I had to repeat my order twice and it still came wrong. Had I ask for napkins and utensils. Apparently if the dude don't think you're hot, you don't get very good service.

if you ask for a glass of water no bean sprouts chances are you'll get bean sprouts and no water. and yes the customer service is still terrible... i think they look for that when they hire people.

WOSRT customer service, on a regular basis. Used to enjoy eating here often but after waiting 30+ min today and finally not even being served after reminding the girl my food 2 times, I had 2 leave.

i really dont think that the fake chicken was actually fake. i even double checked... but i think they just didn't care. why would the fake chicken manufacturers bother to include the gross gristle?
