Try Hinghua noodle with soup. I prefer the small noodle variant. Topped with prawn, mushroom, pork, egg. Soup is light and a bit sweet. 3,5-4 stars out of 5.

Hinghoa Noodle must try. Fried rice big portion (enough for two person) delicious. A bit expensive, must prepare cash money - no credit card no debit.
