Be nice. They are compassionate and overworked. It's amazing how they manage to keep their composure with all the stories they hear day in and day out ... And the irate clients they face everyday.

Omg u might be sitting here for awhile... Bring s.s card, b. certificate, proof of residence, complete work search, school schedule, last paystub... Most likely they will still ask for smthng else to!

The lady working security has a heart of gold. She let us wait inside on one of the coldest days of the year until they opened.

If your questions aren't answered ask for a supervisor. It's worth the wait. Be kind and you'll get help. They are overworked; it's not their goal to hate you.

Definetly do direct deposit. You'll get charged to get your cash, get your balance, and every time you use your card. Also they'll charge you $15 if you overdraft! Shame on IDES!

Come EARLY! IDES messes everyone's accounts up so there are a lot of people in line. Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Mon-Fri
