Kimani RobertsonAugust 26, 2014Great view..The little deli downstairs has a great is for a fast healthy meal.- Be sure to take a minute to appreciate the residents lounge on the 1st floor - poker table, sportcraft game table, & huge Samsung TV (with comfortable couches too...)
- Go for a swim, use the gym, play poker in the lounge, have a drink on the rooftop...all of these are good options. Nice place to live!
- Go on the rooftop terrace for amazing views. Take the elevator from the 257 Gold St. lobby to floor R.
I cannot wait until my lease is up. The building is not well maintained. The walls are thin. My neighbors are all super young college students. Save me. Beware.
Worth checking out - going to develop into a pretty great neighborhood over the next few years.
Not the biggest or best-equipped gym around. But when it's got everything you need for most of your workout needs and it's in your building, who's complaining.
