A nice, chilling, and very cheap drinking place to chill out. There's also a live acoustic band playing everyday linking from Molly's bar.

Avoid. Security asked my partner to leave a bag with a half-eaten pack of dried mango at the front because "no outside food", then became aggressive when I said this was unreasonable.
