I was told by a real estate agent, a gay one who is big in la, I think his website his akrealestate, ask gay people - he said he is getting a lot of buyers in the market, even Malaysian money. Go fig.

I think you should look into Malaysian money coming into the los angeles real estate market. maybe even nyc. or London.

he questioned the source of the Malaysian money, he said it was big numbers. I told him not to ask too many questions. I hope he didn't.
