- Remember to present the correct passport to the officer unless you want to be detained for an hour+ an also smile to the officer. It makes them happier.Upvoted 2 weeks ago

- Terror RiskDecember 25, 2014Waited aro 30 minutes to get back to JB. Crawling starts at Malaysian side checkpoint. Should learn a thing or two from Singapore. Whenever it gets jam, open more lanes to clear quickly

- Isaac LohSeptember 28, 2019Via 2nd link, I cleared both SG Tuas custom and JB custom in a very short time, i.e. about 30 minutes only in total. Much faster than that via Woodlands custom!
- So much faster than malaysia customs! Staff is serious at work.

- Over festive holidays, this place is like madhouse. Good time to pick up meditation skills while waiting forever in the endless jam
- Toilets are pretty dodgy. Do check if the one you're in can flush.. You don't wanna leave your shit behind!

- Agustinus Punk WidarsoOctober 15, 2013If you're traveling with lots of luggage, Tuas is the most rapid and efficient way, no need to go upstairs. Not crowded than Woodland, Tuas checkpoint is express border to pass Singapore or Malaysia.
- Shazly AriffNovember 12, 2018Tuas has the worst immigration systems ever. Its rush hour and they only open up one side of the checkpoint. Been stucked in traffic for 2 long hours now. 🤦🏻♂️
