- DRAZFebruary 17, 2017One of the best airports I have ever traveled from. Best security experience they should send tsa here for training. Travelers coffee at terminal one is a nice place to wait.Upvoted 1 day ago
- Y.Arman BarlasJanuary 14, 2017I really like the observation deck of Haneda, pretty wide and give a clear view of the airport acticity. Wifi rather unreliable.Upvoted 1 week ago
- Y.Arman BarlasJanuary 8, 2017Well managed airport, this airport is better than the Narita, one of my favorites because of the architecture.Upvoted 2 weeks ago
- Jayesh GurNovember 17, 2014My departure experience: Really quick baggage drop off and security check. But before you head to security check, head up the escalator to a cafe called Satyo ITOEN for matcha ice cream sundae. Yum!
- Frankie J. 😎 GreyDecember 29, 2017Very nice airport, divided in 3 Terminals (1, 2 and International) with free wifi and plenty of restaurants and shops options. It's about 14km from the city center and well connected via metro
- RENJune 10, 2019A great place for a long layover. Buy a Suica Card and explore Tokyo via trains! Then come back and sleep on the airport benches until your connecting flight arrives. I swear, no one bothers you.
- This is one of my fave airports because it’s so easy to zip in and out of. There are mifi and SIM card spots right outside baggage claim, just hang a right. Stock up on great Japan goodies at Lawson.
- Stuart JuneJanuary 8, 2015Is a very enjoying place even in the midnight. Went there overnight at Haneda International Airport on November. Best experience ever!! You can walk out and catch the cold air out the observation deck
- Tarik HartMay 5, 2015There's a nice outdoor observation deck on the second floor of the International Terminal where you can watch the planes take-off and land before your flight.
- A HazetOctober 29, 2019This international airport is located at south eastern area of Tokyo, the easiest and fastest way to reach central tokyo is by monorail & continuing by train or bus if you not in hurry#TravelingTokyo
- IvanDecember 2, 2015Quite a nice airport, feels very new & clean. Duty free shops & eatery are plentiful after immigration clearance. Recommend those who have extra time to check in earlier & enjoy the facilities here.
- The best airport to fly in and out of Tokyo. Immigration lines could be better, but that's the only downside. Check out the Edo Village for food and shopping before departure.
- Nor OhApril 17, 2015Clean, organized, staffed by efficient people. Pinnacle of Japanese way of doing things. Free wifi and mobile charging are also free.
- Pepijn KoningJuly 23, 2016Nice Airport, the building is very new and clean. We took the Monorail to the airport, the monorail station is just a couple of meters away from the baggage drop-off/check-in. Very neat.
- Chris LeeJanuary 20, 2019Lots of restaurant within the international airport. Not to forget there are multiple pastries shop that sell japan street food such as the white chocolate biscuits, tokyo banana etc
- Stephen 🥞🍱🍣🍛🍜🍘🍟🍔🥨🍰🥑October 12, 2016Nice airport. Make sure you eat BEFORE going through security as there is almost nothing to buy to eat/drink except bottled drinks & convenience snacks! Wifi works well, lots of sockets & seats.
- Tons of gift shops for you to pick up last minute, well-designed food gifts that will impress, delight and astound!
- MatthieuAugust 8, 2016Stunning architecture, beautiful airport and the first touch of Japanese culture on your arrival.
- Andrew StruttSeptember 13, 2023Excellent airport staff, restaurants, quick eats, snacks, and sit down. Clean, organized, polite. Highly recommend the Tempura and Eel restaurants.
- Sean HowellDecember 21, 2023Don’t miss out on the Japanese chops for chocolates and souvenirs, you can get Chanel anywhere but buying Hello Kitty in Japan is better. Many restaurants focused on: ramen, udon, or edo sushi.
- Joshua PetersMarch 25, 2017I was here here in 2014. The terminal is beautiful and the staff are very helpful. I ended up sleeping on a bench all night and while it was not comfy at least security was there so I felt safe.
- Frankie J. 😎 GreyJanuary 13, 2017Great airport, fast immigration ans check in, pretty slow internet. To get here, better take the monorail than the Asakusa line
- After lauding, go to toilet !! Haneda airport prepares many toilets between landing gate and immigration. Anyway the thing you have to do at the first in Japan is to pee or poo !!
- Falguni BhutaOctober 22, 2017Great substitute to the more crowded Narita airport if you can get a flight out of here. Much closer to Tokyo and has many options for shopping, food and kids stuff
- Jesse JohnstonApril 18, 2016I used to think Haneda was Narita's little cousin, but it's the opposite - on the whole, this airport offers far more shopping and food options, and passport control was also significantly faster.
- Lui Cheuk FungJuly 7, 2014Great selection of duty free goods. If you like Japanese whiskey and sake, good range available for you to pick up here.
- Just Me .. @what_food23March 29, 2019Very warm welcome in the airport. I had a good vibe. Staff were pleasant we were in and out of the airport so fast. Thank you 🙏🏻 ❤️
- Airport museum in terminal 2 is tucked out of sight on the second floor, but if you can find it, admission is free, there are couches inside, it's quiet and there are few people. Nice place to relax.
- Jessalynne PetersSeptember 10, 2017The best airport I've been to! Efficient and fast to get through security. Lots of food options and last minute souvenir shopping.
- Free WiFi almost everywhere. Lots of power outlets but need the 3 pin converter. Very close to Tokyo. Can get a view of Tokyo tower, Sky tree and Mt.Fuji on a clear day...
- Jason Baughman-OpricăMay 18, 2017Such a convenient airport for Tokyo. 15m via train to Shinagawa, and 20m to Tokyō station. 🇯🇵
- Haneda has easier access to downtown Tokyo than Narita. Some flights from the US (eg Japan Airlines from SFO) will fly here direct
- Use a Credit Card to Buy a Friendly Airport Limousine Bus ticket to downtown Tokyo / your hotel at *ONLY* the Arrivals Lobby Information Desk (as of Feb 2016)
- RexJune 4, 2017Extremely convenient train access. At the international terminal, a lot of restaurants and attractions before immigration (including an observation deck). No Priority Pass lounge as of June 2017
- Wilson Favre-DelerueJanuary 29, 2020The ANA domestic terminal feels too big for how many passengers it handles, meaning long walks and big empty spaces with too little (average) retail and F&B to fill the holes.
- JaneJanuary 19If you’re looking for something to do while waiting, go to level 4- there are shops, cafes, restaurants in a Japanese setting. Also an observation deck.
- Neel SebastianJanuary 23, 2015One of the best airport, good shopping areas and a good gallery. Good connectivity to the city. An airport u will never get bored.
- Danee GmSeptember 27, 2015Check in early and chill at the observation deck. There's a vendo there with tea and beer. Sit by the ledge or the round tables, or take a nap at the benches.
- Such a comfortable airport with many beautiful & friendly peoples here
- International departure: Nothing much to eat once you pass security check besides big souvenir shops. Unless you have access to lounges. Cathay Pacific lounge is very nice!
- Gondel MendolApril 21, 2016Closest to the city compare to Narita, 15 minutes to Shinagawa. Lot of shop, but only one shop that sells authentic Japan food, and it's always crowded. 😢
- Francis SantosJuly 7, 2019Great even with a baby. Plenty of nursing stations. Theres even a mini market with souvenir and food
- Dan Mondragón SomeraDecember 13, 2016On your way out: turn right to rent pocket wifi. Keep straight and slightly left to get to the mono rail and to activate your JR pass
- For the international terminal, you can get from train platform to gate in 10 minutes. While the terminal is pleasant, wouldn’t you rather be hanging out in the city?
- If you’re flying from the International Terminal (T3) and looking for gifts towards 140 gates, if you go past the main duty free snack shop there’s a K. Minamoto w/ higher quality mochi and sweets.
- Magdalena MrázkováOctober 11, 2015Ramen bar in Terminal one is good and relatively cheep considering the location
- Patrick DelongchampMarch 1, 2015Showers available after exiting baggage area. $10 for 30 incl a drink at adjacent cafe. Great way to kill 30 minutes.
