Promo packages would be cool if it wasn't such a high pressure upsell, Really unhappy with my hair which even w. promo was really expensive, I am never letting a straight man touch my hair ever again.

Bad service, bad sellers, not a good deal; I got a regular haircut which I could've gotten else where. Looks nothing like the ads.

Horrible...do not do any of the promotions. My facial included having lotion rubbed on my face and lasted 4 min
