In the early days of the Docklands redevelopment - when One Canada Square stood proud and alone - this was the place to stay. Those memories are long faded, as is this hotel. Dated, budget but clean.

I slept here for two nights. No special complains. The hotel needs some refurbishments as it looks old. I had no issue at the desk and the concierge was a great help.

Lovely views over the Docklands and close to the underground and DLR services. Despite agreeing a late check out of midday I still had two members of staff just walking in on me in the morning.

Interesting neighborhood. Decent swimming poor. Deal killer is the poor wifi connection. Don't stay here if you can't get your work done or can't entertain yourself without stable high-speed internet.

Pleasant staff, restaurant is rather overpriced for what it is. Get there early to get a window seat.

Get down to breakfast early if you don't want to queue 50 minutes to eat!

Gym has plenty of machines, but old and quite a few out of order. Space far too small for the amount of machines, and costs £4 even for hotel guests.

Hotel is a bit spooky and not well kept up. I was not comfortable as a female traveling alone.

Be careful with pre-authorizations! They tend to hang around longer than most hotels waiting for them to expire vs voiding them. Also, they don't take debit cards, but only tell you after charging!

Never ever stay here if you can avoid it! Tiny bed, dirty or broken wallpaper (or both), dirty musty carpet, awful! Bad wifi. Thankfully I was here only one night.

Beware if they *upgrade* you to the twelfth floor. It's a smoking floor.

NEVER again... Awake at 6AM by thundering trains like through my room. Breakfast was a disaster: humid croissants from the discount store and spongebob squarebread. Awful. 400£ for 2 nights?!

Hotel harga berpatutan, cuma dalam bilik ada tikus. Akses mudah untuk pengangkutan. Berdekatan dengan kedai. Sesuai bagi yang berurusan dengan bank.
