The veggie is epic. Great breakfast. Vast menu. Service through the roof. Quality is consistently fantastic. Great family owned establishment owned by a great family. Veg friendly.

Love the baby-back rib special. And the Cuban. And the bacon-egg-cheese breakfast sandwich. Premade sandwiches are available if you're in a hurry, but get 'em grilled.

By far the best deli in st Louis! Try the Cajun beef sandwich or the tuna melt. Both are amazing.

After living downtown for nearly a year, I have to agree - Caruso's is the best deli in the area. The Cuban should not be missed.

I swear I used to drink here twelve years ago....now a large and long deli. Lots of assorted and delicious foods!
