Rented here every week for the last four months. Service is great. No issues at all.
Jennifer DSeptember 3, 2013They won't let you park your personal car here. They tell you to park next door and walk along the busy street with no sidewalks. Nice. Next time it's enterprise...they pick you up. Ha.
'Preferred' here means they never have your car ready, even though the bus drops you at the board. You get to walk to the Preferred shack then stand in line in the cold, third time it's happened.

Spring BDecember 13, 2012Be sure and look at your receipt. Even if you confirm that you bought gas thy still automatically charge $13.99 for fuel service if you didn't drive very far.
If you rent from this Avis much you must sign up for Avis preferred or it will take forever to get a car even with a reservation!

Slowest of the rental companies on pickup from airport & crazy drivers. Good car drop off attendants.
