It is very practical to have the Gym and showers at your work place. The rowing machine and one of the treadmills are in need of repair, though.- I had trouble convincing my coworkers to join. Some of the equipment is old and faulty. The gym doesn't seem to be maintained often. I can handle it, but most of my friends don't . Too bad .
