Kieron-Scott WoodhouseMay 20, 2013If you are serious about working out. This is the gym. Classes are above and beyond any other gym and suitable for men and women. (Bloody challenging). Not about service its about fitness!!!!!!!!- Fantastic gym! Great classes, great equipment & good atmosphere. If you need a PT, I recommend Neal MacDonald. He is brilliant.
They have a game they like to play here called 'Hide the Weight'...
No stuff/trainer available apart from personal trainers. Really basic in term of service quality. Work out area is generally messy. Not so clean eighter. Not value of the money at all.
Sunlight streams in at this Gymbox with views of planes landing into Heathrow
If you bang the weights on the floor after a set, they are too heavy for you....... hmmmK- Totally over priced gym with almost no service quality. Always crowded. Even they charge a premium membership fee there is nothing better than a budget gym. Not recommended at all!
Runs out of lockers at peak hours. Lot of money for that.
