Emma BanfieldAugust 1, 2015Gardens; stray far from palace for a quiet picnic. Get the audio tour. Wear a cape! Excellent play acting, not cringe worthy. Get a year pass if you live close for summer outings for all 5 palaces.
A great historical treasure. Get the train direct from Waterloo. The gardens and maze are free. Plus cross the river for some decent places to eat.

From a distance & with everything lit up of at night, it looks good. But close up, the ice rink looks very basic. Better venues in London
