    God help you if you have a problem here, the staff hates to help anyone unless it's with chatting about your vacation.

    Always arrive at least 1 hour prior to departure to either A. Ensure you board an over-booked bus, or B. to be able to buy a ticket for the subsequent bus (when yours fills up)

    You can use the self-serve ticketing machines to print your print-at-home tickets.

    Use mega bus, bolt, or walk. I've never caught a bus here that was on time or not oversold.
