lake girlFebruary 7, 2015Always think the service at all the restaurants could use improvement. I've never understood why the restaurants don't have later hours, especially on the weekend.- Security here is even more uptight than other casinos in the area. Cigarette smoke everywhere indoors, too.

1. Hire more waitresses! If we drink we spend more money. 2. Fix the hand air dryers in the bathroom stalls!
Bad front desk service! Room not ready, no call when it was. Had to check for ourselves at 5:00. An hour after check-in. Maid carts all over the floor(3) at 5:00pm! Unreal!
Scott ShadeMarch 13, 2010club aroma at harrahs would appear to b a coffee shop, but keep walking if you want real coffee. they had no clue what a dry cap was, yes, im a snob, but this was a new low in ordering a basic coffee.
