This is the best gym in St. Louis. Friendly, clean and never busy. Get a Black Card for unlimited tanning, hydro massage and massage chair! Love this place.
The black card membership is worth the $20 a month. Free pizza on the first Monday of the month, no gawkers...pretty great gym.
Free bagels on the second Tuesday morning of every month and free pizza on the first Monday of the month, plus free tootsie rolls!! lol- Upgrade from the $10 a month membership so you can bring a guest for free plus use the red light therapy, tanning beds, massage beds & chairs!

After a workout the hydro beds are amazing. Definitely upgrade to the black membership!- Definitely go at night. Night crew is much nicer and better than the day crew!
