Guy BoterbergJuly 2, 2016If your suitcase gets lost upon arrival and it is IN the airport: prepare for (endless) hours long wait. A show of incompetence, indifference and non-communication. Makes me ashamed to be Belgian.
If screen says ended still wait for 15 min sometimes bags are still loaded after it displays ended
