- Phat BuoySeptember 26, 2014After hearing many tales of debauchery, this road was surprisingly tame. Good nightlife and plenty of nice bars for a beer. Streets round here flood easily in tropical downpour - wear cheap flip flops

- Rembrandt Hotel BangkokMay 4, 2012Khao Sarn translates to milled rice and used to be a famous rice market. Nowadays, it has become a very popular backpacker street, with a variety of shopping, street food and bars.
- The infamous entertainment area in BKK. A partying-vibe complex popular among tourists aswell as the locals esp the young hipsters and art students. My fav place is the BRICK BAR and HIPPIE de BAR. ♥
- There are many shops with the Wi-Fi. In particular, GREEN HOUSE is good!!! The curry of this shop is delicious.
- InterContinental BangkokNovember 2, 2011An area of numerous guest houses for backpackers. The road is closed to most vehicle traffic allowing for a living street scene of food stalls, vendor booths along with cultural shows and events.

- after midnight, get cheaper beer from non-7-11 convenient store. or may be just get it from street vendors, just a little bit more expensive.
