Love this place! the workouts a re great the staff is friendly and they are willing to give you that personal touch that makes you want to strive to be in better health and most of all its fun!

Didn't know what to expect on my first day but I'm glad I went it was a fun great sweaty workout lol the trainers are friendly and helpful you won't feel lost the will help you.

Attended my 1st class last week and I loved it! I was initially nervous because I am a beginner, but the girls took good care of me and gave me the individual attention I needed to start me on my way.
