    Love this hotel! Everything is heavenly.... Bed, bath, people and even down right to the coffee. Will definitely be back... Pricey but worth it.

    Heavenly beds are quite amazing. Restaurants in the hotel (especially the two Chinese and Japanese) are truly exceptional. Wifi coverage only in public area and very inconsistent.

    The Executive rooms are nice and comfortable with access to the Ex Lounge. Loved it. avoid the Churchill Bar. Really poor service.

    Buffet Restaurant renovation effect the Liu Yuan Shanghai restaurant which is just beside, smells of paint too strong, lost my appetite..!!

    In case you are looking for Indian cuisine there's the 'tandoori chakhna(tasting) cuisine' at Churchill lounge on the third floor!

    絲路宴自助餐超爛的！！炸物都是冷的、回鍋的東西、海鮮不新鮮、魚的鱗也沒清乾淨、種類也不多、看相也不吸引人，繞了幾圈真不知要吃什？還這麼貴？含稅一人要1500？！
