Our flight was more than 3 hours late so we were given vouchers to get food.. However, the food crew at McDo, MyChef, and Rossopomodoro are rude! They don’t want to answer questions and are snobbish!
We are far away to offer a international standard service 😖 arrive area is simply terrible, bad design bad services. Late flights (after 9 pm) leaves you in a desert, all closed. 🙅

Andrey OsipovNovember 13, 2014Going to Milano? Don't take taxi, it's super expensive. Find the 'Malpensa Express' train, it goes directly to the city and it's way cheaper.
The wi-fi never worked, clean, only few employees to the check passport pass and long ques!!
Exit terminal 1 heading trains/Sheraton hotel. Floor -1 .. Bus stop will be outside next to sheraton

Taxi will cost €100 into centre. Take Malpensa express to Cordorna for €11 and then metro right outside station. Easy.
Quick proceeders at the arrivals and tax-free while departure- Shameful. A line this long for non EU passports and only two people "working". It's like this every time. They must want you to miss your flight.

Watch out - the duty free shops close earlier than you think, which can torpedo your last-minute gifting intentions.
