Sara Ruh and I took Angela @Zumba class and it was a rocking party. I sweated so much I could not see. She is a superstar and blessing to American Family Fitness. All levels can participate. #RVA

Deeanna's Yin #Yoga is excellent. Want deep tissue stretch then go to her class. Loves the stretches against the wall.
