House made pasta filled with butternut squash, fresh corn, parmesan bechamel, and fresh herbs. Served over sautéed spinach, topped with creamed leeks and parsnips, confit tomatoes and carrot beurre blanc.

Beef tenderloin tips, pearl onions and mushrooms, braised in burgundy veal sauce, served in puff pastry. Served with chef's baby vegetables and caramelized onion mashed potato.
