- Will MahonyOctober 22, 2018Unique lil spot at the top of Greenpoint with some charm. Worth a trip for the rice balls, sandwiches, soups and such. Be prepared for a wait and don’t come with a big group.
- Blake OlmsteadMay 12, 2016While most patrons ordered salad, I stuck to my favorites: tuna–mayo onigiri and miso soup with a cup of the house green tea. Every trip here feels like I've left New York behind.
- GeorgeSeptember 21, 2019Been here multiple times. It’s super cute and relaxing place to hang out but don’t expect WiFi and cell service is mediocre. The food is delightful and great for a meal or a snack.
- Kate BerkenbushJuly 26, 2017Cash only! A cute and relaxing Japanese cafe. Be sure to try the avocado seaweed wraps.
- FarahMay 14, 2012This is one of a handful of places in Greenpoint or Williamsburg (that I've found anyway) that has decaf coffee for those of us who can't have caffeine for one reason or another. Amazing!
- Say おいしい ("oh-ee-shee") when you take a first bite - it's a nice way to tell the chef you like the food.
- Order the salmon avocado seaweed wrap with spicy mayo, shiso, and radish sprouts. And an iced matcha green tea, of course!
- Elizabeth CAugust 9, 2013Freaking adorable lunch spot. Yummy onigiri rice balls and salads. Berkeleyesque feel.
- Stephanie DemmonsMay 6, 2013The egg salad sandwich on wheat (with peas, corn, and tomato!) is super!
- VIVJune 29, 2017The salmon is cooked :( was really expecting some raw fish in my roll. Disappointed.
